Our classes begin on time, please arrive 10-15 mins early.
$12 per class or Free for Supporting Members
Please feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis.
Classes are held every week unless otherwise stated.
No special clothing is required. No pre-registration required.
GENERAL CLASS STRUCTURE:
Simple guided breathing / relaxation meditation (20-25 minutes).
Practical teaching on meditation in conjunction with the specific class topic (40-45 minutes).
Discussion / Questions & Answers (10 -15 minutes).
General Info About Our Classes & Class Format
What is authentic Self Love? Often, it may be associated with self indulgence, stimulations or excitements. While these things may produce a temporary experience of happiness, they don’t last long, and eventually leave us, yet again, seeking for more. Within Buddhism, authentic Self Love means finding a method that will give rise to lasting happiness. In this course, through contemplation and meditation, we’ll learn the different wisdom approaches to loving ourself correctly.
