Join us for our Monthly Saturday Half-day Retreats in Williamsburg, beginning in November

For Buddha’s teachings to affect us deeply they need to touch our heart. One Saturday a month we will have a special opportunity to go deeper in our experience of meditation. Kadam Morten will give two teachings and guided meditations on a specific topic taken from Buddha’s Lamrim teachings. This will be followed by an informal Q&A around the community table. Everyone welcome - both new and experienced practitioners.

Begins November 16: Joy and the Meaning of Life
